Executive Board meetings shall be held on the 1st Tuesday of every month of the school
year. Meetings shall begin at 7:00 p.m. and adjourn no later than 8:30 p.m. Meeting/Events

Note: Special general membership meetings of this local PTA/PTSA may be called by the president or by a majority of the board of directors, 1 day notice having been given. Meetings of the executive committee shall be held as needed. Meetings shall be called by the president or by a majority of the committee members with 1 day notice.
